Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. You can sign electronically.
- Additional information about the group occupying the property and/or identification documents may be required.
- Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law.
- Self Check-in/Check-out is available.
Property Access
- From the parking lot to the front door, there are approximately 7 stairs. Once inside, everything is on one floor.
- The condo is on the ground floor.
- There is a boardwalk that leads from the unit to the pool and hot tub area, with heated restrooms.
- A private ski locker is provided with the unit.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No pets allowed. Service Animals are not allowed. If you have a service animal, please contact before booking to discuss if an exception is possible.
- Each rental agreement and rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct group size when booking. Any changes may affect the cost and require a security deposit.
Fees and Payments
- A credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit may be required.
- The cleaning fee covers final cleaning after the rental period has ended.
- For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week. Please contact before booking to discuss details for lengthy stays.
- A High Occupancy Fee may apply for larger groups.
